Hobart Exhibition.

(PER PRESS ASSOCIATION). Londojj, April 19. Austria, France, and Germany, will not take any steps towards securing representation at the Hobarfc Exhibition until the Issue of the Royal Commission. It is probable that the Marquis of Ripon will be the President of the Commission, and that the members will include Lords Gormanston, Knutsford, and Herschell, Sir R. G. Hamilton, and Mr Buxton. The Dukes of Fife and Saxe-Coburg-Gotlia were asked to accept seats on the Commission, but they declined. The Times says their action in so doing is inexcusable.
