A CORRECTION.
TO TIIE KDITOR OF THE STAH. Sir, — In reading the report of the monthly meeting of the Feilding branch of the W.C.T.U., I notice that the president reported that " the returns in money do not clear the cost of the lunch and preparations, etc." This must be the result of a misunderstanding, as the returns in money have cleared the whole cost and we have a substantial balance in hand. I am, etc., W. G. Shearek, Hon. Sec. and Treasurer, Demonstration Committee.
