. « (PKR PRESS ASSOCIATION. 1 ) DtTNEDIN, April 13 The drmft order for the appointment of a receiyer for the Oamaru Harbour Board was approved to-day by Mr Justice Williams. In giving judgment His Honor said he thought apart from any question of convenience or oxpeuse, and looking at the position of the present ilebeuturo-holders as ueuoud mortgagees, it was impossible in la\V to refuse their request that their reeeivor was to havo the right to refuse the rate of which they are thus second mortgagees, as well as the other property of which he must be admittodly appointed the receiver.
