A Large Claim.
[Per Press Association.] Wellington, March 22. It is stated that writs have been issued at the instance of Mr G. W. Ell, late of Christchurch, against Messrs Jellicoe and Menteath, claiming £4,000 as damages for alleged neglect on the part of defendants when acting as solicitors for him in 188 G.
