Messrs Lowes & lorna' Alusierton vnrdt* were crowded last Wednesday with sheep and cattle. Both kinds of stock, owing to dry weather, are still inclined to drop in price. Thirteen thousand cheep B«>lj a' prices ranging as follows : Young wethers, 6* 6<i to 9^; breeding ewe.->, go. d qualitj. mixed ages. 6a Gd to 7b Id ; for ward ewes, to 8s Id; second quality breeds, 4s to 6s ; culls, 2s 6d to 3s 6d ; crocks, 13 61 to 2s. Lambs, 4s to os ; culla, N 6<l to 3.« 3d. Cattle were fairly k°'>J. and 200 >old.
