Easter Holidays.
There art* various sources of attraction for holiday-seekers on Monday and Tuesday next, and should the ' v weather bold fine there will be no excuse for the inhabitants of this distnot not being able to enjoy themselves. The races on Monday will, of course, be largely attended, as they always are in Feilding, and those who attend will doubtless witness some capital racing. A further attraction will be the Temperance Demonstration on the Oval, which promises to be a very large and successful gathering, and a .- great portion of the population of this, as well as other* districts, will attend it, and a very enjoyable day is Hkely ■ to be the result. Many people intend touring into the surrounding districts, picnictng, etc , and for those who are confined to offices or shops this is a very sensible way of enjoying oneself. Amusement will not discontinue with i the closing of day, as in the evening the Dun bar-Field Dramatic Company will give a performance in the Assembly Rooms, while a most enjoy? able evening maybe spent by those who attend the cantata " Under the Palms/ which will be given in Glasgow House.
