(PKB PKEBS ASSOCIATION.) London. March 20. The new order regarding the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company does not imply that the New Zealand directors in any way defrauded the Company. March 21. The directors of the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company are to be examined before April 11th, when the reconstruction scheme is to be considered. Afarch 22. The Times demos that the Bight Hon. A. J. Mundella, President of the Board of Trade, will resign his office owing to tbe remarks of the Judge respecting the Directorate of the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Compauy, und declares that the Directors await the enquiry with perfect equanimity.
