The general manager of the Loan & Mercantile Company has received intimation from London that the Court has fixed the lilst of March for hearing the application for continuation of the reconstruction scheme which was approved by the creditors and shareholders on 20th February. The general manager of the Loan <fc Mercantile Company states, with reference to the London cablegram respecting the Company published to-day by the New Zealand Press, that there is some misconception with regard to it. No such order has been granted by the Courts in New Zealand or in any of the other colonies.
