The Anarchists.
(per press association.') Paris. March 14.. It is reported that the Anarchist Henri, wlio is in custody on the charge of having thrown a bomb in the Cafe Lazaire last month, has made an important confession, in which he says he intended to kill a member of the Bothchild family, but changed his mind at the last moment. He also declares that his arrest on the present charge wiU not prevent the ultimate carrying out of tho intention he had in view.
