Killed by a Railway Train.

TRAGIC DEATH OF A MEMBER OF PARLIAMENT. [teb pbess association.] London, March 10 Mr James Theobald, M P. for Romford, was killed at Horaford Railway Station yesterday. He attempted to board the train while it was in motion, but, losing his footing, ho fell, and the carriages passed over him. Mr Theobald represented the Eonford Division of Essex since 1886. He was born in 1829, and educated at Trinity College, Oxon. He was a member of the Conservative Party.
