These were the only starters, and the winner led from start to finish. Time, 2min 39sec. Dividend, Ml 6s. Nursery Handicap— lvy, 1 ; Tartan, 2; Huatai, 3. The only starters. Dividend, £4 6s. Corinthian Stakes — King John, 1 ; Stranger, 2. Only starters. Dividend, JEI 10s. Autumn Handicap — Poinsettia, 1 ; Dreamland, 2 ; Musket, 3. Goodwood, Kent, and St Laura also ran. Won easily by two lengths. Dividend, £26. Hack Flat — Strike, 1 ; Bonovoree, 2. Dividend, £8 9s. Kai Iwi Lady won : easiby, but on the jockey going to the scales lie was unable to draw the weight, being half a pound under. The dividend would have been Jfc'22 18s. Consolation Handicap — Goodwood, 1 ; Pill, 2 ; Musket, 3. Dividend, M 13s. [PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.! Wanganui, Tins Dt y. The principal wiuning payments at the W.J.C. The protest against Dandy, winner of the Hack Flying, on the first day, was further adjourned for a special meeting of the Club on the 22nd inst.
