A meeting of the Committee of the Feeding Football Club was held at Mr D. Rose' last evening. Present — Messrs Matheson (in the chair), John and Joe Robinson, Giesen, Richards, Kelleher, and Carty. It was decided j that the colors to be worn by the team should be black with gol«l hoops. The season will be opened on Saturday, the 17th iost., with a scratch match, the teams to be picked by the captain and vice captain. The action of the secretary in accepting the chal loDge from tho Eketahuna Club, to play a match at Feilding on the 28th inst., was endorsed. It was rosolved that in future the Feilding Club do not give gate money to visiting teams, or take gate money from other clubs when travelling. Messrs Matheson, Giesen, Kolleher, and Richards were appointed a sub- committee to draw up club rules and submit them to a general meeting.
