English Press Condemns Premier Dibbs.
(FEB PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Lomdon, Mnreh 7. Several newspapers comment on Sir Ueorge Dibb's cablegram stating that he did not receive the denial that Peel's paper was an official document until after the reply was printed. They compare this statement with the dates of Sir Saul Samuel's messages, and severely criticise Sir George '■ Dibb's conduct on the matter.
