FATAL EXPLOSION. -do rEoi'Lr: killed and 50 WOUNDED, (PEB PBES9 ASSOCIATION.) Rio ue Janieko, February 28. A terrible explosion occurred on board the rebel vessel Venus lying in the harbour, 'S3 of the crew being killed, and 50 wounded.
