Particulars have reached Moscow o a reported skirmish between Germar and Russian soldiers on the frontier It appears that a squadron of Russiai Dragoons, noticing a number of Prus sian Uhlans firing at the frontier posi bearing the Imperial arms, called or the party to desist. Receiving a replj in the negative, the Russians formed up and attacked the Uhlans, driving them back and pursuing them across the frontier into German territory. Several men on both sides are reported to have been killed.
