A bomb has been discovered at the door of the Church of St. Pierre, the largest in South Paris. Six Anarchists have been arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the bomb explosion at the Bons Enfants, in Paris, on November 9, 1892. Henri is believed to have teen concerned in it too. (Jrollen, a Frenchman, ai.d a* leading Anarchist, a friend of Bourdin, has been arrested in London at the instance of the French Premier. Vienna, February 23. Cireat precautions are being taken to secure the Austrian Chamber of Deputies against attempted Anarchist outrages. It is proposed to erect a torpedo netting to prevent bombs being thrown through the windows from the outer courts.
