The United Farmers Alliance, Ld . report as under -.—Wheat— ouly fowl wheat offering, the new wheat not y»-t having come on the market. Owing to the bad weather in tho South Inland and the damaged condition of the gram there, the local wheat should find a ready sale at the last joar's prices. We quote whole fowl wheat at 3a to 3a 3d ; broken do, 3s. Oats— Several lines of new oats have chinged hands at prices which should bo in favour of the bujer, viz.. Is 9J to Is lOd. In view of the rates ruling in other centres we look for an advance on these prices at a very oarly date. Barley — Cape barley, 3a to 3s 3d. Potatoes— Kid nejs, 4s to 4s lOd ; Derwents, 3s. Chaff We have sold on growers' account now season's chuff at £3 53 ; oIJ chaff. £4 to £1 as. Seeds — A very brisk business has been done in these, and prices for all Borts are firm, Crested Dogtml being very scarce and eagerly inquired for.
