Midland Railway Company.
(PEE PBEBS ASSOCIATION). London, February 10. Mr Thomas Salt, presiding at a meeting of the New Zealand Midland Railway Company, said the directors had not declined the Government terms, and with a vigorous effort would raise the million and a quarter pounds necessary to coiuploto the east aud west route.
