A REBEL VICTORY. [PBB PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Few YobK, February 4. News has been received that Admiral Mello, who has been under treatment 1 for a severe wound, sustained during the ' bombardment of Rio Janeiro a few 1 weeks ago, has again assumed command of the rebels. The loyalists attempted to recapture the town of Curitiba, which was taken a short time ago by the in- ' surgents, but after a fierce engagement, the rebels, under Admiral Mello, were victorious, and beat off the loyalists. The latter lost 200 men.
