[per pbkss association J Wellington, Tins Day. Arrived, early, Kiwi from the Chathams with four hundred and eighty one bales of wool. She left on Thursday, and experienced a heavy north-east gale. She was hove to for nineteen hours. The Ohau arrived from the Chathams at 10.30 a.m. with 2150 bales of wool. She left on Friday, and reports the Jessie Readman still in the same position, but last week's gale would probably drive her further ashore. The water in her hold had reached the 'tween decks. All the wool has been got out of her, and only two hundred bales are now left on the Island.
