The Wool Market.
(PER PRESS ABSOCIAION.) London, Febroary 1. Wool is unchanged, and faulty sorts arc neglected. The sales close on Wednesday. The Bradford market is depressed. Dunedin, February '2. The third wool sale of the series was J held to-day, when 6920 bales were catalogued. There was a brisk demand for light conditioned, superior half-bred, and sound cross-bred, ami strong compe- ! tition. Values were fully maintained. Medium quality were in fair request, but prices were rather easier for low class, stained, aucl heavy wools, and for all meriuos -the market was weaker and sales difficult, except at a considerable reductiou. The quotations were : — Greasy cross-bred— Super, Bfjd to 9jd ; medium, 7d to 6d ; inferior, flid to 6kl. Half-bred — Super, B^d to 10c! ; medium, 6.U1 to Bd. Merino— Super, 7d to 8d ; medium, Od to 5 Ad ; inferior, 4Ad to sd.
