(FEB FBEB9 ASSOCIATION.) Napikb, January 31 Several visiting athletes gave an exhibition on the Recreation Ground this afternoon, with the object of lowering some records. No remarkable times were made except in the case of the mile walk, which was done by T. W. Leslie, of Wellington, in 6rnin 32 2-ssec, or only 2-5 sec over the Australian record. Morrissey travelled the 120yds hurdle distance, over 8 flights, in 16sec. The Sheffield Handicap, of 120ydw, was won by Magill, a local man, from 10yd mark.
