The steamer Garrawonga , from Lou- ' don, picked up three natives in the last stage of starvation, a hundred and fifty miles south-east of Sierra Leone. They had been blown off the African coast with four others, who died of starvation. The watchman of the lighter turned up to-day, and stated that ne had been ill and went up the town, and that the lighter had been cut adrift during his absence. The explanation is considered unsatisfactory, and the man has been dismissed.
