Extraordinary Scene in the French Senate.
ROWDY PROCEEDINGS. ONE MEMBER EXPELLED BY SOLDIERS. [PEII PBESS ASSOCIATION.] Fabis, January 28. A noisy scene occurred in the Chamber of Deputies during yesterday's sitting. Clovis Hughes accused the Government of using the precautions against the Anar chists as a means of attack on the Socialists M. Thiurier cried out excitedly : " Long live the Commune " M. Dupny ordered the latter to leave the Chamber, but he refused to do so, and a scene of great disorder ensued. The sitting was suspended for half an hour, and in the meantime a detachment of the Republican Guard, which had been sent for, forcibly ejected Thiurier frotu the House. During the disturbance the Socialist members repeatedly cheered the Ccinmune, while the Centre replied with cries of '* Murderers," " Communards "
