Charge Against a Solicitor.
(per press association.") Wellington, January 26. Au information against W. A. Coates, solicitor, charging him with alleged misappropriation of .£BB, was called at the Magistrate's Court to-day. The informant did not appear and the information was dismissed, but the Magistrate instructed Inspector Pender that if further investigation was necessary he must do his duty and lay another information.
