THE TERMS OFFERED TO THE FUGITIVE KING. | Per Press Association.] Capktown, January 23. Sir Henry Loch has renewed his pledges for the protection of King Lobengula, and assures the latter that he will not be deported. Sir Heury is willing to grant the fugitive King a home south of Orange River, and the British South Africa Chartered Com. pauy will pay him a pension. Over 1000 miners have been registered in Matabelelaud. The prospects are rich.
