Political Crisis in Servia.
(I'KR PKKSS ASSOCIATION). Belgrade, January 22. Ex- King Milan has arrived in the city at the request of his son, King Alexander, who declares he is unable to cope with the radicals. The action of the King has caused a rupture with the Government, and the Ministry lias resigned. January 23. Ex- King Milan and King Alexander had an audience with Ministers at midnight. Milan charged the Radicals with illegality, intolerance and disloyalty, and formulated demands for an increase of the power of the Throne. King Alexander has decided to make a tour of Europe in connection with Servian affairs, and during his absence his father will be appointed Regent. A Coalition Cabinet comprising Liberals and Moderates is being formed. January 24. King Alexander has broken the power of the Radicals, and i« now trying to form an energetic Coalition Ministry, containing a strong military element. The country remains quiet. King Alexander demands the repoal of the Act expelling King Milan and Queen Natallie.
