The Child Murder Charge.
(PER PRESS ASSOCIATION*. WeILIN'OTOK, January, 17. The case against the young woman Lizzie Price, charged with the murder of her newly-born child at Otaki, in December last, was heard in the Police Court this afternoon. The evidence disclosed nothing new. Mr Martin, R.M., said he thought the evidence warranted him sending the case to a jury, but he would take time to consider some of the points raised by counsel for the defence, and give his decision on Friday.
