MORE FIGHTING. (PER PBESB ASSOCIATION.) Rome, January 17. A serious encounter took place between troops and Anarchists at Carrara, many of the latter being killed and wounded. The labour leaders at Palermo, in Sicily, have been arrested for inciting the populace to riot. Later. Martial law has been, proclaimed in Carrara.
