The Dunedin Stabbing Affray.
LPEB PBBSS ASSOCIATION,! VvNEDIS. January 18. Richard Dobson andEberdt Kuffuer were brought up at the Police Couit to-day on the charge of murdering Wm. Mudge at ."outh Dunedin on Christmas Eve. The evidence so far is the same as that adduced at the inquest. Dr Barnett was cross examined as to the depth of the wound, which he said was about three inches It could have been caused by a smaller knife tban the one found <>n Kuffaer with a two inch biade, if groat force was used, but could be easier caused by the other knife found on Dobson, the blado of which was 2£-iaches. The case is not concluded.
