Loan and Mercantile Company.
t (per fbrss association.) Auckland, January 14 The general manager lor the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company has received an anticipatory cablegram from London intimating that the scheme for the reconstruction of the Company, and necessary instructions for the legal formalities in connection therewith, are in process of being transmitted by cable to the colonies, and it is expected that the publication can be made throughout New Zealand to-morrow.
