CONDEMNATION FROM THE VATICAN. (FEB PBESS ASSOCIATION.} Pabis, January 8 The Pope has issued a letter condemning the Anarchists as men lost to shame, who are striving to ruin public authority. Therefore, His Holiness renews his command to the French Catßolics to obey the Republic. The Anarchists threaten to dynamite the gaol and guillotine-house in the event of of Vaillant being convicted. The prisoner is doubly guarded.
