Intense cold, with a frequent blizzard is being experienced in England and on the Continent, especially in Vienna, where 50 accidents are reported. Heavy snow storms are stopping traffic and several persons have been frozen to death in Paris, Berlin, and Munich and the ice prevents the navigation of the German rivers.
