New Year Honors.
(PER PRESS ASSOCIATION). London, December 31. The following New Year's honors are announced : — Knights Bachelor — The Hon. Mr Harley Williams, Puisne Judge of Victoria, and Mr Manning, M.P., and Mayor of Sydney ; K.C.M.Gs. — The Hon. Mr Jenkins, Colonial Speaker of the South Australian Assembly, and W. B. Percival, Agent-General for New Zealand in London : Companion of St. Michael and St. George, Mr Fred. W. Webb, clerk to the New South Wales' Legislative Assembly. January 1. The following additional honors are announced : — Knight Bachelor — Mr Fielding Clarke, Puisne Judge, Hong Kong ; Baronet — Right Hon. Sir Edward Fry, P. 0., F.R.S. ; K.C.M.Gs.— Messrs Thomas Rae, M.P. for Derby, and D. H. Macfaclane, M.P. tor Argyllshire.
