Edwards played the Zinkertort game opposing Pleaaants- Edwards could have effected a win at the 24th move, but he made a slip and eventually a draw was forced. The results so for are — Hookham, 4} wins £ losses ; Edwards £V wins l:V losses; Brown, 4A wina 1^ losses; Aceland, 8£ wins 1} losses; Barnes, 3 wins 3 losses ; Mcl lor, 3 wins 2 losses ; Burton, 21 wins 2\ lossses ; Lelievre, 3 wins 3 losses ; Pleasants, lA wins and 8£ losses ; Smith, 3 losses ; Mount, 6 losses.
