The discovery of a number of incipient fires and a quantity of dynamite on steamers bound to America leads to the belief in shipping circles that a conspiracy is on foot to destroy a whole fleet of vessels. Iv one instance the dynamite was warm from the heat occasioned by one of these outbreaks of fire.
