The Trap Accidents at Campbelltown.
The following additional particulars regarding the accidents at Oampbelltown have been sent us by our correspondent : —Whilst a number of traps were stand* ing outside Mr Corpe's factory, waiting to dispose of their milk, a trap driven by a boy, and containing Mr Campion's supply of milk, came up at a brisk pace, and on nearing the factory the boy appeared to lose control of the animal, which collided with Mr Hunt's cart, capsizing that and the milk into the drain. Mr Crystal's cart was the next to sufier, that being also overturned, and it was considerably damaged, the axle being bent, etc. The noise and confusion were too much for Mr Peterson's horse, which, with two little boys in the cart, bolted back home, where fortunately it arrived without anything serious hap* pening. Mr Thompson's horse continued its career across theq suare where Mr Robertstein endeavoured to stop it, but be was knocked down, and the wheel passing over one of his ankles he received rather a bad fracture. It was not until the horie and cart had topplod over into a drain that it was eventually secured, when it was found that the animal was severely cut about the legs, the trap and milk cans being badly knocked About. The three traps which ware capsized of course lost all thmr milk.
