Divorce Case.

[PER PBKB3 ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, Dec 12. In the Divorce Court, the case of Watson v. Watson, farmer, of Kumeroa, for a dissolution of his marriage with Cecilia Watson on the ground of alleged adultery with Robert Shaw. The parties were married at Napier in 1886 and lived together between six and seven years. Mr Baker, of Palmerston, appeared on behalf of the petitioner. A decree nisi was granted, to be made absolute at the end of three months. A petition by the wife for a judicial separation was dismissed in the absence of petitioner.
