Mr Valentine on the Home Butter Market.
[Per Press Association] Sydney, This Day. Mr Valentine, the New Zealand butter expert, has been interviewed. He says that before the colonies can do much good in the butter trade they must distribute their produoe more freely and export direct to Manchester, Liverpool, Glasgow, and Bristol. He strongly fa* rours State supervision and grading. There is a good opening for cheese in England, but the article must be of first quality.
