FATAL ACCIDENT IN A MINE.

(FEB FBESS ASSOCIATION). Adelaide, December 7. Rad feeling between the-Attorney-General and Mr Symons, Q.C., was shown in the Supremo * ourt to-day. The Crown Solicitor, acting under instructions from the Attorney-General, objected to Mr Symons appearing with lum for the prosecution in a sheep-stealing case, although Mr Symons was acting on behalf of the owner of the sheep.
