Messrs Gerritsen propose to almost abandon the cheese trade for the reason given in the messages, but their latter operators will not be interfered with, on the contrary business in the latter branch is being largely increased. He states that speculators nave bought up half of the output of cheese of the southern factories in fact created a corner.
