A WARNING.
TO THR BDITOU OP THK STAK. Sir, — I would draw attention, through your valued columns, to the necessity of eradicating by grubbing, before the seeds are ripe, the yellow flowering plant commonly called the butter-cup, which is spreading so rapidly over many of the sections and roadsides in Feilding. From my own experience a few plants will spread and completely ruin the pasture in a short time. I am, etc., E. A. Bahton, Feilding, Ist December.
