Freeman It. Jackson and Co.'s stock report — The stock entered for the Waverley sale sold very well, prices being maintained. Only a small entry came forward for St. Hill-street, the elections qaitc upsetting business, However, we sold a fair number of sheep and cattle. Pigs made full ralue. Cattle— At Waverley— Steers, L3 lss to L 4 17s ; cows, L 3 15s to Ll ; cows and calves, hi 10s ; heifers, L 2 16s and L 5; yearlings, L29sto L 2 10s 6d. At Wan. ganui— Cows, L 3 16a toL4 2s ; yearlings, L 2 Is ; milch cows, L 4 5s to L 5. Siikep— Hogfjets in wool, 12s 2d ; shorn 8s Id to 88 6d ; ewes and lambs in wool, 12s Gd. At Wanganm— Ewes and lambs in wool, 10a lOd ; fat wethers, Qs o'd ; stores, 8s (3d to 9s 3d ; fat ewes 9s to Da 6d ; ewes and wethers, 9s lOd. Pios— Baconers, L 2 to L 3 4s ; porkers, 18s to 25s ; small pigs, 6s 3d. Poultry — Fowls, 3s to 3s 6d; ducks, 3s 6d to 4s the couple.
