Flower Service of Song at Campbelltown
[fhOM OVa OWN CORRESPONDENT.] A very enjoyable Flower Service of Song was held in the Wesleyan Church, on Wednesday evening last. There was a crowded audience, and seating accommodation proved insufficient. Mr J. Sanson was tho conductor of the choir, which contained about 40 persons, including singers from Sandon. Miss Bowater of« n'ciated at the organ, and deserves great praise for tho manner in which she rendered her services. Tho service of song rontajued pieces of music and singing, and ran thus : Opening — The Strain Upraise, followed by 'Summer Suns are glowing,' 'O Painter of tho fruit and flowers,' ' We thank the Lord,' 'Be ye joyful, 1 • Consider the lilies of the field,' ' Jesus shall reign,' ' O worship the King,' ' Bring flowers,' ' Here, Lord, we offer thee/ ' O sacred head,' ' Yes God is good,' • Tho flower will soon be fading,' • There is a land of puro delight,' and '• Now our thankful service ending/ On Friday evening the service of song is to be re* peated at Sandon.
