TPet Press Association.] London, November 29. Tbe Marquis of Donegal, being unable to pay his tailor's account, claimed ox* emption on the ground that he was a peer. Tbe tailor sued for the amount, and Mr Justice Lumley Smith, who heard the case, committed the Marquis to Hollowajr Prisoa for 12 days, but suspended the issue ot the warrant for two months.
