(PER PRESS ASSOCIATION). London, November 2i. Thero were 131 corpses washed ashore after the hurricane. Some were found frozen. The hurricane is still blowing in England. Piers at Calais were smashed. Lifeboats were found to be useless, but many lives were saved by rocket apparatus. November 22. In the recent storm the Dover lifeboat men, at the fifth attempt, succeeded in rescuing a fishing crew at Dungeness, who had clung to the rigging of tlieir boat for 50 hours.
