Mr R. E. Beckett reports .—Notwithstanding tho general dulness I have had two good sales during the week at Halcombe and Marton. I quoto:— At Halcombe : Fat cows, L4 l7s 6d to LS 10s ; 2 to 2hyear steers, L3 14s ; 18---months to 2 year heifers, L2 os to L2 15s spring heifers L4 10s ; yearlings, Ll 19s Od to L2 ls ; weanors Ll 10s ; woolly hoggets 12s 6d ; ewes and lambs, 10s 6d. At Marlon : Fat cows, L5 15s to L7 ; milkers, L5 ; woolly hoggets, 10s lld to 13s ld ; shorn hoggets 8s 4d to 8s 8d ; woolly weathers, 14s 2d ; shorn wether?, , 9s 6d ; ewes and lambs, lis to 13s ; weaner pigs, 7» 6d.
