Trade Between Canada and Australia

• *%;j Lj|il£Press Association] *4fc, ggfmjijw Sydney, This Day, MfKßowell is of the opinion that if the Conference in Canada combines commercial as well as political delegates, it will be a decided advantage. Among matters which the Conference will be called on to discuss will be the best mode of extending trade between Canada and Australia ; the removal of the barrier that exists constitutionally, and the best mode of establishing a cable on British territory. Sir Qt. Dibbs disagrees with the proposal to include political as well as commer* cial delegates on the ground that unless the men selected were all members of Colonial Governments, they will be unable to speak witb the requisite authority.
