MR I. BRENT'S NEW PREMISES, KIMBOLTON ROAD. Mr Brent, who has carried on business aa cabinetmaker in his general furnishing warehouse in Manchester street for some years, past has deemed it necessary through increasing business, to remove into larger and more centrally situated premises in Kimbolton road. The shop which has a frontage of 22 feet with a depth of S3 feet and 14 feet high, giving it a commanding appearance, is adjoining Mrs Higgins chemist's Bhop and opposite the Corporation offices. There is a varnish-, ing room at the back of the shop 14 by 21 feet. At the rear of the shop which is accessible by Bowen street, there is a large workshop 30 by 16 foet with an upstair room of the same size entered by steps from the outside, which will be used for upholstery purposes. Mr Brent has imported a quantity of linoleums, carpets, etc., direct from the Home market, and has made up a large stock of furniture so that he is in a position to cater for the requirements of Feilding and the large districts surrounding. We trust Mr Brent will be rewarded for his enterprise. The architects for the building were Messrs James and Heap, and the contractor Mr Valentine, who has completed his work in a satisfactory manner.
