[Per Press Association] Wellington, This Day. The main rolls will all be printed by tomorrow, and when the supplementary rolls are finished the Government will be in a poaition to issue the writs. Parliament, which at present stands adjourned, to November Ist, will first huve to be dissolved, and within seven days the writs must be issued. Under the Act thev are now returnable in twenty one days. It is expected there will be any need to take action under this section as the provision taking off electors who do udt \6te will effectually pur^e tho rolls iu this respect.
